The purpose of this project is to adapt adult education to the new European social reality, where the 3rd sector is a growing force, opening it to new paths and enhancing not only its role for personal enrichment, but its capability as an effective tool for inclusion, employability and entrepreneurship of adults.
We are generating a unique, digital and innovative educational process that makes adult education a key axis for the social, personal and labor inclusion of adults with obstacles, but also as an engine for the regeneration and strengthening of the entire European associative fabric, helping to structure it, internationalize it and generating networks that contribute directly to building a more sustainable, digital and inclusive European Union.
In order to achieve this goal we are reaching the following objectives:
Improving the quality of work, activities and practices of the organizations and institutions involved, opening up to new sectors.
Promoting the transformation and change of entities, leading to improvements and new approaches in their training work.
Developing the capability of organizations to work transnationally and across sectors, enhancing their visibility, networking and European impact.
Addressing common priorities and needs in the fields of education and training, specifically inclusion and digitalization.
Promoting the inclusion of adults with obstacles through adult education and creating future-oriented adult education centres.
Improving the processes of digitization and active participation of adults with obstacles as a path towards their full inclusion.
Improving the availability of high-quality learning opportunities for adults with obstacles.
Creating pathways to improve skills, accessibility and increase the implementation of adult education with innovative methodologies that combine learning, volunteering, employability and inclusion.
Promoting volunteering and active participation, thus contributing to improve local communities by making them more inclusive, sustainable and digital.
